The location of the hotel was superb, with beautiful scenery all around. The staff and hotel management were highly cooperative and went above and beyond to help me and my parents. Despite a late arrival due to snowfall causing road closures, they did their best to accommodate us. Even bringing dinner to our room during the snowfall. I really appreciated their dedication to making our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and excellent service.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel in the Queens of hills, surrounded by breathtaking views, perfectly located to explore nature. The staff was amicable and helpful, providing my family with the best they could offer. Our room had ample space, with enough luggage storage and a comfortable bed. The restaurant offered rich and delicious delicacies, and the ambiance was welcoming, complemented by a beautiful fireplace.
Although the hotel had an indoor pool, the temperature was too cold. The bathroom in our room didn't have proper ventilation, creating an unpleasant smell. The hotel didn't have any indoor activities, and there wasn't any entertainment during the night.

This hotel is perfectly situated for a romantic escape, with breathtaking mountain views and excellent hiking trails nearby. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was included in the room rate, which was a great value.
The bathroom could use some updating and maintenance. There were several issues with the sink and shower, and the towels were a bit worn.
